Costa Rica Medium Roast
Our Costa Rican coffee comes from the Tarrazu region which produces high
quality beans that grow from 3,900 ft t0 6,200 ft. The beans are a 100%
Arabica, Strictly Hard Beans that mature slowly and grow to be hard and
dense. We chose these beans because of the desirable flavor profiles we can produce. The medium roast is a mild clean coffee with bright, sweet dried fruit and cocoa flavors.
