This coffee comes from the Chelchele washing station, which is in the kebele, or village, of Chelchele, or district, of Kochere, in the Yirgacheffe region. This Natural processed coffee is typically delivered the day that it is harvested, and first sorted for ripeness and quality before being rinsed clean of dirt. Then they are spread on raised drying beds or tables, where they will be rotated constantly throughout the course of drying.
